Telehealth Payment Policy

For all Telehealth bookings at Nurture Mantra, we require full payment upfront. This ensures the payment is processed before the scheduled consultation, allowing us to provide uninterrupted service and prioritise your appointment.

Non-attendance and Cancellation Policy

At Nurture Mantra, we are committed to delivering the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability, we have implemented the following Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

Cancellation Fees

Any booking cancelled within the 24-hour period before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee. Please note that refunds are not provided for pre-paid appointments cancelled within this 24-hour window. However, if you cancel before the 24-hour period, you may request a rebooking or refund.

No Show

Failure to present for an appointment will be considered a ‘No Show’ and treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee will be charged to the client’s account.

Unpaid Cancellation Fees

All unpaid cancellation fees charged to your account must be settled prior to, or on the day of, your next appointment. Failure to settle these fees may result in Nurture Mantra declining future appointment requests until the outstanding fees are cleared.

Rescheduling more than 24 hours prior

All appointment bookings made online, in person, or over the phone may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to that appointment time at no additional cost.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly at hello@nurturemantra.com or 0403188404 (message bank available). We acknowledge notifications upon receipt.

You'll receive information about this policy:

a) During the booking process,

b) In confirmation and reminder emails,

c) In the 48-hour email/SMS reminder.

Flexibility in Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations, such as illness or accidents, can lead to last-minute cancellations. In these cases, we are flexible and prepared to convert appointments to Telehealth, allowing you to benefit from your consultation even when circumstances are challenging.

By scheduling an appointment and utilising our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Non-Attendance and Cancellation Policy. We value your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all our clients.
